I.P.AWAY WITH THE GLUTEN! A fresh IPA loaded with hops on a pillow of oats and no gluten. Mosaic leads the way to give a dank and citrus taste at the forefront backed up by a sweet and floral combo of Azacca and Simcoe whilst a touch of chinook helps bring this tasty little number back down to earth.
We add an enzyme to the beer in the fermentation stage the strips away the gluten. Our beer is then sent away to an dependant company for gluten tests with the result being under 20ppm. We are then able to add the gluten free logo to our can label so they are certified gluten free, but will certainly not disappoint with taste.
