We went big on the dry hop, using bold varieties including Galaxy, Simcoe, and Idaho7. This Pale Ale delivers a peachy aroma and front-end flavour, with a subtle pine and orange rind finish on the back of your tastebuds.
Every year, The Swan pub holds a 3-day fundraising event in support of a local charity.
