What kinds of subscriptions do we offer?
How do I sign up?
To sign up all you have to do is add a subscription product to your basket. With multipacks you can decide if you would like 6, 12 or 24 pack delivered every month. You can also add one-time products (other beers, merchandise, etc.) into the cart as well. Once you have paid, you will receive an email explaining your subscription.
When will I pay?
For subscribe & Save - Your first payment will be taken when you sign up for the subscription and recurring payments will be taken on the same day every month thereafter.
For Bear Club - Your first payment will be taken when you sign up for the subscription and recurring payments will be taken on the 28th of every month.
What beers will I get with the Bear Club?
Our Bear Club case will have 12 x 440ml cans of 6-8 different beer styles chosen by our brewers. We will try and offer different styles every month but we may include one of our core range in recurring months boxes.
Can I change any beers In the box?
Unfortunately not, however we now offer two styles of box so that you can choose between mixed styles or pales & IPAs. You can swap product month by month, through your customer portal, to what you prefer.
How much is shipping?
On all orders of £35 or more we provide free shipping.
On orders less than £35, shipping is £6.99. This is recurring every month for orders under £35.
When will I receive my subscription?
Subscribe and Save - You will receive your order 3-5 working days after it is placed, and the same time every month thereafter.
Bear Club - We will post out your case on the 1st Wednesday of every month, and every 1st Wednesday of the month going forward. It will arrive 3-5 working days after this. The cut off for sign ups is the last day of the month, then you will receive the following months box.
Is there a minimum subscription period?
No, you can subscribe for as long as you want. We don't want you to feel tied in to any long term commitment, so you have the flexibility to cancel or pause your subscription at any time.
Can I edit my details?
Yes, when you have signed up, you will receive a link to your customer portal. Here, you can change your address, edit your billing information and pause or cancel your subscription.
Can I order in the EU?
Due to the current restrictions on shipping to the EU. We can only deliver to mainland UK excluding NI. We're really sorry for the disappointment this may cause and if this changes in the future we will do our best to let you know - keep checking back here.
Can I add more products at the same time as a subscription?
Yes you can as long as it is not a product that is on offer, i.e. from a pop-up check out offer as these unfortunately use discount codes to the cart and cancel out the subscription product.
With one time orders, these will still be delivered 3-5 working days after your order, if ordering with a bear club which will be on a different delivery schedule.
Can I use discount codes on subscription products?
Yes discount codes can be used on subscriptions. We may exclude this from some sale events but will always mention this in the sale T&Cs.
The discount will only be applied to one order and your total will be recalculated for recurring payments.
If a discount code you have received doesn't work at the check out, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, or use our chat service, where we can help with the problem. It may take us some time to convert all the codes to be available on all orders.
Can I collect Bear Points on my recurring orders?
Unfortunately not at the moment. Our website platform provider is working to integrate this with the portal, so this will be possible in the future.
Is there any small print on Subscriptions?
