DELIVERY - GENERAL INFO
Our beer is posted in protective shipping boxes. We offer ready-made beer selection boxes that we ship free in the UK mainland, and you can order a mixture of single cans where delivery is free if you spend £50 or more. The minimum order value is £9.99.
Orders of less than £50 will be charged £5.99 postage, and orders of £50 or more are free delivery to UK mainland addresses (excluding Highlands of Scotland).
We aim to minimise the packaging we use and postage charges wherever possible.
Once you have placed your order you will receive an email containing the order details. We aim to process and dispatch your order within 3-5 working days. We currently do not dispatch orders on Friday, so we can keep the beer as chilled as possible. Orders placed after 9 am Thursday, will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Our subscription boxes are only available for delivery to the UK Mainland at the current time. Please note that Bear Club Subscriptions are shipped on the 1st Wednesday of each month, any orders placed after the 1st will be shipped the following month.
For Local Pickup orders, we will hold your order for 30 days, after which they will be returned into our warehouse if not collected.
Note: We now also ship to Northern Ireland! Our minimum order value is £9.99. Orders of £85 or more are free delivery and orders of less than £85 will be charged £10.99 postage to Northern Ireland addresses.
