Always 5%, Tondo promises to be a juicy and soft Pale with a restrained bitterness and subtle malt bill allowing for the hop-combos to shine through.
We added Simcoe in the boil to give plenty of citrusy pithy bitterness then dry hopped with hop-trio, Citra, Talus, and Simcoe to soften with floral tones and stone fruit flavours.
