This 5.4% session IPA has some interesting chemistry behind it. It was co-fermented with a strain of Torulaspora delbrueckii kindly provided to us by Lallemand Brewing. But what it really means is the beer will have subtle hints of spice and citrus which are melded with floral, piney and tropical fruit notes from a large dry hop.
